Equine Voices Annual Fundraisers Past Fundraisers
View the photos. Our 6th Annual "Rescue-Rehabilitation-Recovery" fundraiser was held at Brandi Fenton Park on March 6, 2010. Our special VIP Guest, Martha Vasquez from KVOA News 4 opened the day. Events included; live and silent auctions, raffles, training demonstrations with rescued horses, tack sale, and face painting. Food by was provided by Food by Quesadillas and More, Zona 78, Keva Juice, and Kettle Korn. Artwork was provided by Diana Madaras and other local artists. Special guests included; Animal Cruelty Task Force of So. Az., Arizona Greyhound Rescue, and the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. A special thank you to the community who generously donated items. Third Annual Wine Tasting - November 1, 2009 View the photos. An exceptional evening of wine, food, music! Colibri Vineyards, Kief-Joshua, Republic Distributing and Lightning Ridge Cellars joined us this year and offered their wonderful wines to taste. Highlight events included music by Becky Reyes, silent and live auctions, door prizes and a raffle! Everyone enjoyed an evening outdoors at the wonderful Hacienda del Sol! Fall Benefit in Bedford, New York - October 24, 2009 A celebration of saving horses in St. Matthew's beautiful reception room, 382 Cantitoe Street, Bedford, N.Y. The evening featured delicious food, music and great silent auction items to bid on and part of the net proceeds was donated to the Honey Hollow Pony Club. Equine Voices 5th Annual Fundraiser - March 14, 2009 Our 5th Annual "Rescue-Rehabilitation-Recovery" fundraiser was held at Brandi Fenton Park on March 14, 2009. Events included live and silent auctions, raffles, famous tack sale, great food by Quesadillas and More, carriage rides by Armour Carriage Co., and photos with Gulliver, our 5 year old mascot. 2nd Wine Tasting and Silent Auction Fundraiser - October 10, 2008 View the photos. The 2nd wine tasting fundraiser was held at Amado Territory Inn, 3001 E. Frontage Rd. Amado, AZ. It was a wonderful evening of great local wines, great food, silent and live auctions, raffles and live music by Becky Reyes. Gulliver was available for photos. Sonoita Vinyards, Colibri Winery, Kief-Joshua Vinyards and various wines and beer were provided by Republic Distributing. Great food was catered by Zona 78. The featured wines were the Gulliver signature Merlot, by Fallbrook winery, CA and a crisp light signature Chardonnay, produced by local Coronado Winery with our very own label of one of our rescued PMU mares and foals. Events included our very own local musician Andy Hersey, live and silent auctions, famous tack sale, great food by Quesadillas and More, carriage rides by Armour Carriage Co., artwork by Diana Madaras, and photos with Gulliver, our 4 year old mascot.
