Support our Euthanasia Fund
Our euthanasia fund has been set up to help individuals who cannot afford to humanely euthanize their horses. Donna Rice, our first donor recipient euthanized her two quarter horses after battling health problems. Our mission is to educate the public about the difference between humane euthanasia vs. horse slaughter. For more information on humane euthanasia vs. horse slaughter log on to www.vetsforequinewelfare.org.
Please help us by supporting this very important fund, and help us help others make the right decision on behalf of their beloved equines. Your donations are desperately needed and appreciated!

Equine Voices Cookbook!!
We are writing a cookbook! Help us by submitting your favorite vegetarian recipe by May 1, 2008. You can dedicate your recipes to past and present pets. If you would like to submit a recipe in honor of a pet, please e-mail your recipe to carriemarr@yahoo.com, along with your pets name and picture; (one pet per recipe, and photos are optional). Also, since animals are such an important part of all of our lives, we’re adding a new section to the cookbook—pet treats and food! Please e-mail pet-related recipes if you have them!
We are also looking for people with writing, editing, illustration and graphic design skills to help put the cookbook together. Recipes, pictures, questions, comments and concerns can be e-mailed to Carrie Gayne at carriemarr@yahoo.com or contact Carrie at 520-647-9950.
Thanks for all your help making this cookbook a huge success for the horses!
