De Novo was rescued from the Wild Horse Territory known as the Devil’s Garden Plateau in Northern California. We named him De Novo, which means “Starting from the beginning, anew”, in order to give him a new start here at the sanctuary.
Along with 906 wild horses, De Novo was rounded up and sold for one dollar each by United States Forest Service.
De Novo and eight of his fellow mustangs came to Equine Voices, where they are able to remain together as a herd.
De Novo could use a sponsor to help with his feed and care. Would you consider sponsoring this beautiful mustang for only $50 a month?
