Thank you to Turning Pointe Donkey Rescue and Mary Adams for saving Janelle from a kill pen in Texas. After a long trailer ride, Janelle arrived at Equine Voices in May 2016. She is completely blind.
Janelle is one of the sweetest horses we have at the sanctuary, and although she is blind, she finds her way into the barn and around the corral with little difficulty. Her best buddy Ginger is also blind and they are quite bonded to each other as they navigate the loss of their sight.
