Braveheart is one of the nine mustangs we rescued from the Devil’s Garden Plateau in Northern California and was going to slaughter with the rest of the horses that were rounded up by the Bureau of Land Management.
He was named Braveheart because he is seemingly unafraid of strangers. He is usually the last remaining at the hay trough, calmly munching as he considers his curious visitors.
