Chloe is a young mustang from the Devil’s Garden Plateau herd. She arrived on the ranch November 29, 2023 with the assistance of the American Wild Horse Campaign. Chloe is blind in one eye and has a small indentation around the eye. It is believed that she may have been kicked in the head as a young foal. We are grateful to the National Forest Service and the AWHC for finding a forever home, a safe place for Chloe after she was part of a round up of her northern California herd. Herd member Gigi arrived along with Chloe. They are a bonded pair and will reside in the mustang habitat along with other mustangs from the Devil’s Garden herd.
