Policies

Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of 25% is required at booking. This amount is non-refundable
• The remaining 75% will be charged to your credit card two weeks before your stay
• There is a one-time $125 cleaning fee
• Three night minimum stay

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Rules

• No events without written permission
• No horse riding, no entrance into corrals with horses
• Waiver of Liability must be signed for each person coming to the ranch
• Pets will be considered, please discuss at booking.  An additional non-refundable $75+ damage/cleaning deposit will be required.
• No Smoking
• Maximum Guests: 6
• Minimum Age of primary renter: 25
• Minimum age of renter’s guests is 21.
• Dogs are not allowed loose on the ranch, they must be in the fenced back yard or leashed.

Rates

Rates are $375 per night, plus a $125 cleaning fee.  A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, with the remainder due two weeks before your stay.

Stays of 30 days or longer receive a 68% discount!
